Timeless fitness for the body and mind. The Ageless Grace System can be done by almost anyone of any age or ability. 21 simple tools have been designed to enable lifelong comfort and ease. Each of the movement sequences focus on different anti-aging techniques.
Intentionally nourishing the mind-body connection on a day to day basis can help improve health and well-being, reduce stress, keep the brain agile and the body responsive. When body, mind, spirit and emotions are in balance, health and well-being follow. Ageless Grace® offers something for each of these dimensions.
The 21 Tools are easy to remember. They are simple to do at home. The carefully selected movements are designed to be performed seated in a chair, yet they can be done on a bed, standing near or behind a chair, down on the floor, or standing. Almost anyone can do them, regardless of most physical conditions.
Now for the first time in the Niagara region, Ageless Grace training is available at Chateau Gardens, 120 Wellington Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake. There will be trial classes, a 4 hour personal growth seminar, and an opportunity to become a certified educator. Certification requires attendance in the 12 hour 2 day course.

- Caregivers who work with clients and loved ones and want to provide them with ease of movement
