Committed to working with local suppliers  to create the finest chocolate pairings, the Wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake are working with Niagara-on-the-Lake pastry Chef Catherine O’Donnell of Willow Cakes & Pastries.  O’Donnell is making over 50,000 chocolates for the event.
